About the Author

Hi, I’m Linn - your service design agony aunt / advice columnist. I believe services are fascinating! Ask a Service Designer is my passion project, bringing my 15+ years of experience as a service designer across public, private and non-profit consulting (and my sense of humour) to you.

I’m the founder and CEO of Made Manifest, leading transformational service design projects with a wide range of clients. Clients have included organizations like Mejuri, TELUS, Shopify, LifeLabs, the City of Toronto, Instacart and Rogaine. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking locally and globally at events like the Service Experience Conference, the Service Design Network Conference, Fluxible, CanUX, the Canadian Service Design Conference and SD in Gov. I’ve also appeared on podcasts like the Service Design Show, Design Thinking 101 and Andy Polaine's Power of Ten.
